Keep your vision board in sight on your Windows desktop

Updated 3 October 2026

Most vision boards end up in a drawer or in an app you rarely open. The simplest fix is to put yours where you already look all day: your computer screen.

1. Build the board on Pinterest

  1. On Pinterest, choose Create › Board and give it a name you'll recognise, like "2027".
  2. Save pins for each part of the life you're after: home, work, travel, health, people.
  3. Aim for 30 to 60 pins. Fewer looks repetitive on a big screen; many more and older pins stop showing.
  4. Keep the board public, so it can be read without signing in.

2. Get it onto your screen

You can save the images and use a Windows slideshow (how), or let tak read the board and lay it out as a grid that refreshes on its own.

3. Make it hard to ignore

tak lays a public Pinterest board out across your Windows desktop and refreshes it on its own. Free for 7 days, no card.
